My idea for a FD is my little 63cc weed eater motor with a 6 tooth sprocket run to a 44 tooth sprocket on a 9" scooter wheel as my roller. Is it going to roll? How fast will it go? I plan on putting it on a 700c bike.

Are you going to provide an engine rpm or do we have to try and look up engine specs?

I'm thinking the 6500 rpm is the WOT loaded max. And the 9000 rpm is the WOT no load max.

Probably 7500 for peak output.

Could be 6500 rpm max torque and 9000 rpm max horsepower. More than likely though, 9000 rpm is the red line max.

I don't think it will ever hit those kinds of rpms, not with that huge roller.

Are you planning to use the reduction gearbox (15:21)? Just looked at it again I see the max hp is at 7500 rpm; so the max no load is at 9000 rpm.
