I'm starting to build a OCC chopper with a Subaru ex 17 motor that I'm trying to mount I was just wonder if anybody's got any experience with this kind of setup or could give me any kind of options or advice on how to mount the engine.
I see a lot out there about mounting a predator 212 but this motor is similar maybe a little smaller but I don't seem to be able to find anybody using one.

That engine is uncommon for anything but pressure washers, tillers, and generators. It should have the same mounts as a predator 212. From the looks that is a tight fit. I think the way you have it in the picture will have the wheel spinning backwards.

This project is going to get more complicated when you turn the engine around the right direction. Space will be limited.
