Unfortunately I can't tell you what size you need, because I've had both 10mm and 12mm on a yd100. Although the rod stamped with yd100 that I got with my zeda 100 kit is 10mm.

Some more info on Snap Rings.
There are inside (internal) and outside (external) snap rings. The piston takes inside snap rings.
The size of snap ring you'll need is the DIA size of the wrist pin.
So measure your wrist pin DIA in mm and that's the size snap rings you'll need
