Can I still use the rag joint sprocket assembly for them?

I wouldn't suggest it.

Right, well I believe I'm gonna go with bike Berry 3 spoke rims that come with disc brakes and everything. Hopefully I can just slap them on with no issues lol

I've been running them for years with no problem.
