It also seems like there is a law saying it cannot be above 50cc and or above 30 mph, which means it can't get registered / plates
I was stoked on the idea of an affordable transportation
There is your under 50cc solution.
And prove it'll do over 30.
We're very small fish, if you want to do it legally, they aren't going to measure your cylinder and stroke.
Plus you can get a 4 stroke engine under 50cc.
Or ride dirty till you get busted and then go through the process.
