Internals for a new motor

Please can you help
I just got done putting the GT 90 togeather.
But where do I put the clutch cable holder.
There is no where I can see.
The carb. Is where it did go
Any ideas

Nope they are steel sleeved.

I'm not one to abuse my engines 2 stroke or 4 stroke, but I rather have something bullet proof so it will last me and I can get my money worth out.
