Has Anyone Seen This Before? Could this CDI be insufficient?

The CDI I have is not the classic CDI you are used to. It is as you see in the picture. Could this CDI be insufficient? How can I fix CDI Insufficiency? I did all the reinforcements except the exhaust. However, the engine cannot reach high revs. Even though I enlarged the exhaust port and removed the exhaust muffler, the sound still sounds like a 4-stroke. But my engine is 2 stroke. I'm sorry, but I'm still using Chinese made spark plugs. Could this be the problem?
My maximum speed is 60 km. I reach this speed immediately, but then it stops immediately, as if it hit a wall.

The sideways mounted carb could be restricting. Did that CDI come with your engine?

I am not familiar with carburator tuning but this may help.

That ignition I think only comes on the Grubee skyhawk gt engines I believe. Adjust your timing.

yes it was made for skyhawk. I'm still figuring out how to do my timing.
