yeah if you're selling those bikes without loctite you might want to recall them before you get someone killed. put some on literally everything with threads

I agree #41 chain is easily accessible from most hardware stores as well as the strength rating is alot more than the chinese chain that stretches rather quickly and prone to breakage...

I second the notion Chilly, Rockjaw is looking for advise from people who know or have experienced the issues, not from someone that needs to learn not to be sarcastic to every thing that people are seeking info or help on..thought it was just me with this guy on this forum with his comments...Look into a #41 chain for builds at any locale hardware store, easily obtained and cheap, sorry to hear about the situation...you know what they say about nice guys finishing last...make sure your sprocket is centered and visually look at the chain spinning while rear tire is in the air to see if you see anything looking unusual or the chain getting tight in a spot on rotation..
