Yep the plate is a one time fee for life and you can also put the plate on any M/B you own, ya don't have to get a separate plate for each M/B you own, ya just gotta put the plate on the M/B your riding that day
That's why the serial# and engine# ya use on your registration form really don't mean squat.

If the Cops find a M/B with your Plate on it they will contact you
If your M/B was stolen and you report it, Maybe the thief was dumb enough to leave the Plate on,

It says, A moped rental company may put the Plate on any of their Mopeds
