It finally arrived after 6 weeks! I followed the forum advice with just an ‘E’ before the frame number for the motor number. The frame number was in the bottom frame by the crank. This worked like a charm as indicated.

I still haven't mounted it on my bike I keep it in my saddle bags in case if I'm ever asked

I like my Embossed Classic Whizzer novelty plate much better

Actually you can make up any frame and engine #s as you might of noticed the CA. DMV don't check

But best to use the #s on your bike & engine if ya have any Or ya can engrave your own #s

Each state has their own rules about Motorbicycles/Mopeds

Yes, Fruits and Nuts are mostly in CA. - Northern CA.
