Yea, OK. For some reason I thought the Avenger had a MC type flange. You will need the flange from post #38 to adapt the CDH67 pipe. Will that pipe bolt up now? From the picture I can't tell if the studs are 40mm apart, which would be inline with the CDH67 fitting without mods.

Ya know not really sure I will definitely try that but I do know that the avenger hole is bigger

That would be awesome if it did just bolt right up, I'd say that pipe would be amazing with the avenger. If not I have a friend , Britts Welding here in Morristown that will weld it for me. Hoping to just cut off the end of the CDH67 pipe close to the part that goes on cylinder and same for avenger stock exhaust then weld up the avenger stock exhaust end to the CDH67 pipe, of course make sure it's welded in the same angle too

So far for the avenger85 I bought a new Kent bayside, stripped it down, painted a dark cherry red, converted it to a single speed, purchased a bad ass red chrome handlebar, windowed piston, G2 reed valve with stuffer and going to upgrade the bolts like on that video, going to also use the aviation sealer, got a PZ19 with jet kit, got a red pro taper twist throttle, catnip cdi, 415h chain, spring loaded motor mount chain tensioner, better motor mounts, going to get the SP head, hopefully a better exhaust soon, getting the 3 spoke mag rims with hookworm tires.
