Dear Fellow Motorheads-Finally started Pepito yesterday. Ran great, threw the chain once and was leaking gas. I thought maybe I had a float issue , but the tubing was simply too big for the gas nipple. Replaced with 3/16" fuel line and all is well. The chain was a bit loose and that's why he threw it yesterday. Ordered another T type spring loaded tensioner, but for now will use the rigid tensioner that came with the kit. Idle was only 2 turns off-Gearhead437

FYI, the rear wheel bearings loosened up a bit, but the engine is sweet, with little vibration compared to my last engine. Viva Pepito!-Gearhead437

My bearings did that too. I went for a test ride and it felt like the rear was fish tailing.

My PK80 has a smooth balanced crank too. Very little vibration
