My chain ate chunks off my clutch case

Can the chain aligment fault be the fault of a not so straight sprocket?
It seems that the chain doesnt want to grip on the sprocket and likes to jump above it and when i pushed it, it must have triggered all the rest to jump of the sprocket.

A straight and centered sprocket is critical to maintaining chain alignment.

The only way to get out of a death wobble is to go faster, Thats what I had to do with my old 650 Suzuki GSE It was a little scary at first but I got used to it
Motocross trivia: Going faster only works in deep sand on an off road bike where the faster spinning wheel acts like a gyroscope.
