I have Honda GX35 with the Staton friction drive mount. The tank is way to small and I need to carry more gas. What option would you recommend to add extra tank ? I've seen add-on tank at Staton site but it is not big and super ugly. I also saw some tanks on Amazon and BikeBerry, but by looking at pics it is hard to see how they are mounted or if they would work.

here are few more:

I bought some 1 litre aluminium bottles to carry extra fuel. I don't mind that I'll have to get off every so often to refill the tank.. it isn't that often even with my only 1 litre tank and I will be able to choose a better position on the bike to carry the weight.

They're just common cheap metal water bottles for cycling and hiking. They come in 700/750/1000ml sizes. 700/750ml fits ordinary bicycle bottle cages. You usually get two types of cap included with the bottle- one type uses a push fit to the outside of the bottle and has the bit you pull out to take a drink, the other is a screw in type cap using the thread inside and is meant for fizzy pop (and that's the one you use). The aluminium is lined and apparently is gas/ethanol safe. :)

Look up MSR bottles. I use one and secure it in a water bottle holder....fits perfectly. They are specifically designed to carry gas and come in various sizes.

Sorry, MSR bottle....Just try a google image search. These bottles work great.
