Carby Carby letting fuel in when no idler or throttle but still reving up

I am having problems with my carb where the engine still gets gas and air when I have no throttle and no idler twister in. I think it might be with the jet?

Sounds like an air leak. Spray a bit of water on any gasket surface while it is running. If it stalls when you spray a particular spot you've found your leak.
