Should I just get another bike and trash this one because I bought it with the motor and thought pi only needed a rim but I got unlucky this time

Can it be fixed? Of course. Anything can be fixed if you are willing to spend time and money on it. Should it be fixed? Imo, no.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing I’m probably just gonna look on marketplace my last 2 bikes I’ve gotten for 20 for a steel frame cruiser there’s pretty good deals in my area

I could fix it and make it structurally stronger than before. It would be a lot of work and not solve the issue of it happening again elsewhere, so not really worth fixing.

Can't just weld the crack ya gotta weld on a 6" sleeve over the crack

It’s aluminum

looks like an aluminum crack to me. not worth it toss the bike. find a steel frame and get rid of the ragjoint sprocket

How did that happen? Do you attribute it to the motor alone, vibration?

From the looks of that pic, seems that tube suffered some kind of trauma.
