Can anyone help me

"How long is it gonna last" was a rhetorical question and not directed at anyone. To me, using JB Weld seems a little sketchy. I hope it works ( which would sure surprise me) and not leave you broken down miles from home.

If you've ever bought a used car from a used car lot, you know there is RTV and JB-Weld used places it shouldn't be.

Sometimes it lasts long enough you make it out of the lot, sometimes you don't find out till it's torn apart for an unrelated problem.

All depends on surface prep, proper mixing, heat cycling and luck.

I've used it to "plug" a cracked nitro engine block and to plug a cracked exhaust flange.
