Hes talking about the end cap nutHold the first nut with a wrench then crank the 2nd nut down on it,be careful not to strip out the cylinder holes.
I still think some quality allen head screws and lock washers would be better.
Put a wrench on one to hold it in place and a socket on the other and start squeeze tightening them against each other to lock them in place against each other.Ok I'm confused. If I put one nut on and tighten it, then put another on and tighten it, aren't the two tight against each other?

That's a job for brazing or silver solder. Shouldn't take too big a torch to get it hot enough.Yea, ok thought so. May as well just order it, maybe get another few good days to ride. Round the block at least. lol.
