Barely runs after new carb

I have a 80cc 2 stroke kit and it was pretty great. I decided to upgrade my carb and this is the only upgrade so far. It starts and runs slightly high which I know what the problem to that is, but when I get on the road and give it gas it gets to a certain rpm and starts there and wont speed up. I wouldn't necessarily say it bogs. Just not getting full power. It works fine at low speeds. I am completely new to this and have barely any idea what I'm doing any help appreciated

Welcome, Nice Bass Just a guess.
Try moving the clip on the needle up a notch Seems like your getting too much fuel
Or ya might have to try a different jet.
We really need to know what carb and what jet and what altitude your at to get this dialed in
