This guy is a collector... he has many bikes and parts. If it was worth it, I think he would fix it then sell it. My opinion. Seat refurb is $350. Engine upwards of $300-800. Wheels? can not tell. All of the other rusty parts would take much time and effort to clean, replate or paint.

Those 2 engines are Junk, but if we just put this engine on it would be easier
