I have a an 80 cc on a cranbrook bike it ran when I had to park it waiting for a part and while it was down I came across some issues now I have a bucking bar pin issue. I've done my research and believe I need to grind the pin down but

When I disengage the clutch it looks crooked this all started when I had yo adjust the clutch because the bike would not start. Will those few wires matter?

Shouldn't really matter, I've had them before, I just snip those couple of unraveled frayed cable fragments off with a set of dykes and call it good.

I've done my research and believe I need to grind the pin down but
I wouldn't be grinding that bucking bar down, sometimes just a gentle rap with a hammer rap on the bucking bar when in place unsticks the mechanisms that are holding it outwards when it was just sitting there doing nothing and things and things got stuck in place...Did you put a dab of grease on both ends of the bucking bar yet???...There is also a ball bearing the bucking bar is resting against that pivots inside against the bar.

Also, did you perhaps adjust the innerspring of that clutch mechanism too tight by adjusting it through the cable housing hole???

Sure you can use that cable until it breaks, but why? It's best to replace the cable when wires start to fray before the cable breaks,
Fraying cable is an early warning sign of a cable that gonna soon break

You can buy a 10 pk of those cables for $10

Yes I tried hitting it with a hammer and yes I've greased the gears plus the pin and bearing checked for unusual wear and tear and I asked about yhr cable because I don't have ten dollars until Friday then I have to order parts and wait for delivery. I only took a couple mm off then second thought my decision. And which spring are you referring

The internal clutch spring that you would access through the clutch cable housing bolt that screws into the bottom half of the motor.

I tried to adjust it buy I believe the star nut was my issue and I bad adjustment now I believe it too tight I'm in the middle of adjusting it right now I got my clutch good but when I went to go squeeze my cable my arm locked and then it went free so like the pendant retract or something once I just loosen the the star nut on the clutch the arm popped back out do you know why that happened like I couldn't even I had no slack on it whatsoever

You must have tried to adjust that inner spring way too tight, that only requires a slight tweak, if any tweaking at all, hopefully you remember just how far you tried to adjust it to begin with and bring it back to where it was, you will need to back off the flower nut to loose again in order to bring that spring back to where it was and start all over again.
