Lol, the carb choke lever doesn't stay closed. It floats back to on.....This is the new carb....Idk what the f*** is wrong with this thing! It's been problem after problem

Hey! How do I take out thesnapped head bolt?....I have the cap unscrewed but how does the bolt come out? Can't I just unscrew it like I did when taking the two bolts from the mounting of the engine?.....
