Nel Lusso 4 stroke 49cc clearance issues, crank and mount

OK I GOT SOME PHOTOS!
0: The inner diameter of the bicycle's cylindrical shell (into which the pedal shaft fits and rotates) is 47 mm.
1 & 2: These are photos of the replacement pedal shaft with its associated parts
3: This a photo of the original huffy pedal shaft with its associated parts
4: This is a photo of the cylindrical shell (into which the pedal shaft inserts and rotates), showing the original bearing inserted in its original position in which the original pedal shaft fit and rotated.
5: This is the replacement pedal shaft showing its diameter to be 16 mm
6: This is the replacement pedal shaft inserted into the bicycle's cylindrical shell (in which the pedal shaft rotates). This replacement pedal shaft has an extended length so that the pedals will not impact the engine.

Thanks, will have to sit down later and match this up with the measurements based in these photos later, thanks so much.
Those bearing cups will tap out if you need. They are a PITA to get back in.

Those OEM bearings didn't have any grease on them???

Heres some more photos with measurements since the last photos that were previously requested didn't seem to be enough...

7: This is a photo of the cylindrical shell plus the original bearing cup and the original bearing that both fit into the cylindrical shell.

8: This is a photo of the cylindrical shell plus the replacement bearing that accommodates the extended replacement pedal shaft. This replacement bearing has an outer diameter of 29 mm. I need 2 replacement bearing cups that will fit into the cylindrical shell and that will fit the 2 replacement bearings. Or I need 2 replacement bearings that will fit the extended replacement pedal shaft and that will fit into the original bearing cups.

9: This is a photo of the cylindrical shell (into which the pedal shaft, pedal shaft bearing, and bearing cup fit), plus you can see the bearing cup that has been removed from the cylindrical shell. The cylindrical shell has an inner diameter of 51.5 mm.

Please help, need comfirmation on what to get to get this "replacement" extension set to fit in. Thanks.
