Ms460 or Ms380 phantom cylinder replacement

I've heard I should go ahead and replace my phantom piston because it has problems

From minimal research, i hear i should use either an ms460 or ms380

Also, do I need a new needle bearing? Where can I get that?

I believe the meteor piston is the best you can get, and you will need to switch to piston port (remove the reeds from the reed block. This actually improves performance).

I've ordered from there before, not a piston or needle bearing however. A 460 needle bearing should work too.
