It's a long story but I have to replace half of my crankcase because it's cracked. Ended up finding one on eBay. I need help rebuilding this thing. What should I be replacing while I have the case open?

In theory that damage could be repaired. Either way you have to split the case so if you got your hands on a new case half then that solves that question.

As far as help while rebuilding... If you have enough of a budget for it I would say just give it a basic overhaul with new crank bearings and seals and just clean the rest of it up.

Is there a crankshaft upgrade. Since I got this thing apart might as well bore it out I ordered the 60cc kit.
Are there any specific things that can cause trouble when taking the case apart? Will the flywheel or clutch be a problem?
