Ethanol?

If I had to guess it's on the avenger.
If that is the case and he is following the Chinese instructions on minimum octane rating of 93 like most Chinese instructions say, he can throw that one right out the window...lol...The Chinese use a different octane rating method than we do, much like how they use a different method for CC's which I call "Chinese Centimeters"...lol.

Chinese octane rating method that for them is 93 octane in China is actually only 86 octane rating by U.S. and Canadian standard octane rating.

What motor are you running this on again?
2.0L V2 engine that it comes with, it's got stupid high compression, direct injection and a 7500Rpm limiter, it's amazing I can run boost at all.
But running water/meth it will handle 12lbs of boost.
I was talking about my car.

Never heard of it, I know of HEET that soaks up water, but not something that takes out or changes ethanol.

Many quality oils have additives that help negate ethanol issues.

But some stations sell "boat" fuel that is ethanol free.

Whatever you do, only mix enough fuel to make a litre at a time, as soon as you mix ethanol gasoline with oil, the clock is ticking and it will degrade rapidly.
