A friend of Mine was asked by a family to clean out the shop of a fellow that passed away and to donate or give away most of the content, when he saw the bike he put it aside for me. The builder put a lot of thought into his design, it has a clutch lever to apply friction and a return spring, all still move. The throttle is on the left bar so that would be weird. If I decide to do anything with it I would use a kit type clutch lever to lock in on long runs so I wouldn’t have to squeeze the lever, also would move it to the left and the twist grip would move to the right.

WOW what a score, love the patina on it. I'd get her going, power wash it then put a clear coat on it. Keep us updated will ya? If you need parts or ideas Staton.com can help you out.

I have a feeling the silver rattle can paint will blow off with the pressure washer, I'd rather have the red anyway. It's been a long time since I've seen the leather straps around the hub, both are still there.
