4 Stroke Clutch Adjustment. Engaging at idle.

I don't have first hand experience with this clutch style, but reading the thread, if you wanted to change the spring pre-load, I'd definitely use washers to lock it down, don't just unthread them.

Are you sure your idle just isn't a little high?

I have my idle set so low that if I turn the screw on any lower the engine doesn't even start.

Also, I know they said you can use washers, but I was wondering if I could just tighten the socket head screws.
