Spark Plug Becomes Too Oily

Idle and throttle is good tried every position on the needle maybe got to buy a set of jets but my spark plug becomes too oily to spark really quickly also I've noticed oil almost all the way up the threads of said spark plug

in that case please take the time to make sure you are correctly adding one part oil to 20 parts gasoline.
ps- 1 gallon = 128 ounces

the needle should be in the lowest position

Needle on the lowest? you mean Leanest

the lowest position for the needle is the leanest

(note I didn't say "needle clip", I said "needle". The needle has a position relative to the slide just as the needle clip has a position relative to the needle.)
