Engine Trouble Skyhawk GT5A 66cc extreme bogging

The other carburetours I've tried run perfectly with no hitches, it seems to be the NT Speed Gen 2 carb.

Ok I've done a plug chop test and it looks like it's running too lean, the air/fuel screw is completely shut and the slide needle is at the middle setting 3/5, I'll probably readjust the float bowl and slide needle to give it more fuel and post the results

if your test run was wide open throttle then the plug reading is talking to you about the main jet, not the needle
