I'm about to throw away my old Thatsdax fd unit after trying to change out the roller
to a 1.25 dia. Can't remove the bearing insert. Can this be done without a puller?
Why would anyone sell a FD like this? Are Stanton FD units easy to change out
rollers?

I watched this already twice, but my bearing insert will not
come out, like it's press fit on the clutch shaft. Any solution to
getting out of the unit?

Maybe I should oil it and pound it off, by pounding
the shaft through the bearing insert.

I tried wd-40 and penetrating oil. The bearing has to be press fit around
the shaft so tightly that it can not be removed except with some type
of puller, which I believe might also ruin the bearing. This a stupid
way to design a friction drive. Thanks Dax!!

See my latest post in this section. It'll answer all your questions and save you time, aggravation and money.

Ok.
How will you remove the bearings from the rollers?

And how will you remove the larger rollers? They won't pass thru the holes in the drive housing.
Not being sarcastic. Just asking.:)
