Can anyone shine some light on this?

I've rebuilt an 80cc c.g. paying strict attention to detail.

It won't start even using starting fluid.

The gaskets are all seated and sealed.

The magneto and cdi fall within spec, no short circuit. White wire snipped at the coil. It gets plenty of spark and the ngk plug is gapped properly.

The fuel is fresh and the carb is rebuilt. #68 jet. No air leaks and is level.

Between this heat wave (110°f) and this bike I AM ABOUT TO LOSE MY FREAKING MIND...

THANKS guys!

I am googling the specs as we speak. I know it might be a little redundant but I will post the information that I find.

I truly appreciate your time and attention sir you are a scholar and a gentleman!

I figured out what I did wrong. I skirted the Piston to much.

Here's the numbers I found.

Is it possible that I may have put a low hole Piston on a high hole Piston arm?

I mean would it fit... I seem to remember checking the Piston height before I put the head on the barrel and the Piston came right up to the top.

It has to be the way that I skirted the Piston to clear the intake port.

It's the only modification I've done to the engine.
