I would first do what @Sidewinder Jerry suggested to do by going to a bicycle shop first to see if they have one of those ball bearings available or at least be able to tell you where to find one.

If your bicycle shop does not have a matching bearing you may be able to look up the dimensions of your bearing and order one online that way.ok I will do that.

Post pictures of the bearing with the numbers on the side seal. we will try to find you one online.

That freewheel looks very damaged. I'd imagine you'll have to order a new freewheel.
