I ordered a Wildcat Pro Racing motor and only got the bottom

So on May 31 I ordered a Wildcat Pro Racing motor and a chain tensioner from California Motorbikes 289.00 for motor and 25.00$ for chain tensioner with shipping 226.99 and yesterday all I got was the bottom end and the tensioner.Why they wouldn't ship it all at once is beyond me.
So has anyone ever ordered threw this company and if so how did it go or am I just screwed because I used my debit card as I didn't have a pay pal setup yet
