before you decide to build a motorcycle you should know about motors, and how they work and how to work on them. if you take your motor apart and reduce some of the rotating mass of it's internal components, re jet and adjust your carb, dial in your intake and exhaust together with velocity stacks (by calculating how long your intake and exhaust runners need to be to get your powerband where you want it with your motor). port and polish. lighten everything and then strengthen all of it as well. learn how to weld so you can gusset your frame, stretch it. find a way to put high speed rated tires on it. build a streamliner. then you should have no problem with going just as fast as you want to go. it's all really pretty simple. just learn motors and aerodynamics. and welding. and how to use a flow bench.
