Did you check your float? Dirt can get in there and restrict the flow to the jet.

I see your fuel filter is on upside down too.

After reviewing your photos, those transmissions have an issue with the bushing on the drive shaft. Yours could be this issue too.
Where is the float? I figured the fuel filter was on upside down.

And how do I solve the bushing on the drive shaft?

Pic #4 in post #11 is the float bowl, inside there is the float. It takes a 10mm wrench/socket to get it off. Turn you fuel off before you start, and some will spill out during the operation. Get a small dish to hold any fasteners and small parts, take pictures for your reference later.

The bushing in the trans is another deal, I think @Deleted Member 4613 did a whole thread on upgrading that. Search the 4 stroke forum, you'll probably come up with it.

I'm thinking that the clutch is not fully engaging. That's why it works when the bike is up off the ground, but not when there is a load on it. Sounds to me like the clutch is slipping. Just sayin
So I took off the cover on the clutch and it looks like the chain is loose, how do I fix that?
