Engine Trouble I think I messed up

I think I might have hurt things while trying to break in a new motor.....I followed suggested procedures but I think I went to hard, to long, or both....I'm now having issues when trying to throttle the engine (with clutch engaged,not moving) it sputters and tries to die....

Second, it sounds like it's knocking or something....not sure exactly but it doesn't sound right

Going too hard or too long will break any China girl... Speaking of which coincidentally some time ago a guy stuffed a dead Chinese lady in a recycle container at an apartment complex not even a quarter mile from where I live, nice neighborhood... He must not of liked her rice cakes...

could be just a loose wire, but I'd check head gasket

Yep head gasket leaks lead to low sucking pressures and that's not good.
