I have a 80cc motor and it was running well until a few weeks again and i began to hear some scraping noise and also the engine started to not respond to any type of throttle sometimes it was only at the high end where it would start to cut out and cause the bike to jump and jitter and now it jitters and jumps at any type of rpm and throttle

Posts some pictures of the bike as a whole as well as some close ups all around the motor etc.
If we can see how it is built, sometimes we see things that may not be realily apparent to you that could be contributing to your problem,
I am already thinking that you have not been retorquing the head bolts every heat cycle which is something that needs to be done every heat cycle for the first 200 miles or so.
