Where do I buy a new E clip for the notches for my needle? Dropped it in the driveway and it obviously just went to the abyss. So annoyed

You can always check your local auto parts store to see if they have any the right size. They usually have a box full of them in assorted sizes. Just take the needle in amd see if they have one that fits
Ace hardware will also have one that fits. IIRC it's a 2.5mm size, but don't quote me.
