Vintage Head Bolts

Anyone know what the recommendation is for tightening/torquing the 5/16 head bolts on a H engine?

15 ft lbs or 180 inch lbs

Thanks…I checked the Service Facts book front to back and didn’t see anything. I also checked here for older posts covering torque specs and could only find info on the reproduction bikes. I figured it might be similar to the 8mm bolts.
