Gas Tank for Friction Drive GX50

These rear mounted friction drive setup with engines like
the GX35 and GX50 need an additional gas reservoir or
tank. The supplied gas tank on the GX50 has a capacity
of only 0.63 liters, very small. Anyone have an idea
here to carry more gas or use a larger tank?

You can mount a piece of angle metal on the other side of your engine on your friction drive and mount a 1 gallon gas can and just plumb it straight thru to the carb.... Like I did here..........

I"ve had scooter-type saddle tanks as auxiliary tanks on my friction drive bikes.
I've also had a 1g. tank mounted atop the Staton housing.
I've also had peanut tanks as aux tanks AND as a main tank for my rear engine.
I prefer the peanut tank as the main solo tank.
