Kim I would LOVE to see you and your E Bike make it up any 12% grade hill in fact here is a friendly challenge your E-bike and 250 lbs on it in a video making it all the way up and I will post that video ON MY WEB SITE for 6 months for all to see Cheer's Mate and good luck.

Kim I just looked at your E bike and all I can say is you are very skilled you have a lot of extra time there is no way you are married and you must be rich LOL any how I think you just might make it and I will post the vid one more thing you have to be able to climb the hill with the same set up that will do 50 KMH or 30 MPH I can`t wait to see the video Cheer`s

Check my videos and you will see me do a 18% on my trike no pedalling...im a paraplegic cant use my legs at all for pedal input :)

Latest bike would climb the side of a house

Your gasser is one of the better examples i have seen on the site very nice outfit mate top job...no disrespect intended in initial post was a lil :: tongue in cheek:: comment buddy was a great effort on the ICE bike no doubt, they dont have the torque available like electrics....they do have the range down though :)

KiM

p.s not married anymore and not rich either on a disability pension i build all my bikes from scratch doesn't cost much at all, 50-60 bucks a frame/fork, new bike will easily do the 'challenge' while towing my wheelchair behind me will also do 65km/hr in street trim, the hilkl in the video it should go over the top of ~40km/hr...thats 18% grade...shalll link you when i have the vids :)

LOL thats realy cool I can't wait to see the vid's you do nice work bye the way I know it is cheap once you have the electric's but just one of those battery's is about $230.00 in the us and you have 9 plus all electronics to go with all that power oh well you only live once. I do have one question how well would your electric's do if you where limited to 1.5 kilowatt that is the out put of the G4 Cheer's mate can't wait to see the vid's Oh just one more thing am I aloud post links yet?

Actually those batteries (8 of them) are $US59 each just have to know where to buy them matey ;-)

My trike is a 1000watt bike if you check this vid that is a uphill run to the top of the hill on a 1000watt electric trike, that would be similar steepness to your ride video ...I live in the hills of Perth there is virtually no flat roads here, makes running motor THROUGH the bikes standard gearing pretty much essential, the trike was a 6 speed using mainly the 2 & 3rd gear, used old SLA batteries too big and heavy things they are LoL

You should be able to post links, put the URL in without the tages.. ie http://www.youtube.com and it should work fine :)
