Someone help me set up clutch, ball bearing and pin

Ok. Since day 1 of the bike, my clutch has always been engaged. I believe I set the lever up and the cable up right, but no matter what I do, I have no "cruise" mode. The engine always goes under compression.

Someone brought up that maybe I lost my ball bearing that sits "inside" the crankshaft. So I bought the ball, but something doesn't seem right. Does it just "sit" inside, and roll around? However. in a different sale ad, I saw a metal dowel as well. That would make more sense. The dowel goes in the crankshaft hole to apply pressure to the flywheel and seperating in from the pressure plate? I don't know what to do. My clutch is not right, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do to fix it. Pictures are attached. The "black bolt" is one of the extra parts I had after the build. I thought maybe that was the missing dowel. Can anyone identify the part?

pictures 2 and 3 are parts that were for sale. I'm using it to identify the parts i'm missing.

Insert pic 2 ball bearing then rod into hole in the middle of sprocket in pic 5, assuming that there iis not a ball bearing hiding down that hole already, strong magnet to get it out may be required. Then put pic 4 cover on. reconnect clutch cable.

Does anyone know where I can get the rod from pic 2? My kit didn't come with it, I'll also have to see if I have a crushed ball bearing already in there, but I doubt it came with that either.

Just wanted to let everyone know, I bought a 5/16in diameter ball bearing from Ace Hardware for $0.37 and it works just fine

Make your own. Use a 5/16 or a 9/32 drill bit , since that is the ball size. Grind the bit starting where the shaft and flutes meet, like a hour glass until all the way through. Grind the ground end to the length you need. Here is a picture of a OEM bucking bar and one I made. Same size, one looks like it has a larger diameter, but that is due to the fact one is closer to the camera.
