Default Write to Senator to comment on SB0236. Illinois

If you would like to comment on the new law covering motorized bicycles in Illinois, effective Jan 1, write to: illinoisdistrict7@gmail.com. I have written an e-mail to state that 1 hp is too low for most engine kits to cover 49cc 4 stroke engines. It should be about 2 hp, or equivalent to what a 49cc engine produces.
