yea i am rebuilding my old engine, and i popped the rod/pin in without the ball bearing and now its stuck in there. how should, can, i get it out! grr
p.s is there supposed to be 1 or 2 ball bearings?

hey betoalvarez,

i know you don't want to hear this but try searching with the advanced search,
someone infamous told me that and it worked.

I don't know the answer to your question, but sometimes reading posts here helps.
I look for the rated ones, and the higher responses.

I did a search with your terms ball bearing and rod/pin

I found an excellent post that has a diagram of the clutch.
Was new for me.

sometimes the only help is what you create for yourself...
best of luck.

I've got the feeling that that link willstart provided is not what you are talking about.
Can you provide more info? If it is what willstart mentioned, then you should be able to push it out with a small hammer and thin punch. Could the rod be bent? Hard to understand what you are asking. Sorry.

do you have a magnetic screwdriver ?
I have pulled the pin out that way
if not, you may need to tilt the bike and give it a shake (gravity method)
hope that helps :)

I guess after reading azkronic and willstart, I was wrong. My idea would involve taking the clutch off and they have better ways. I just figured you could push it in from one side and out the other side. Sorry.

Another piece of wisdom I forgot. Show us some pictures !!
Cause for me at the moment from your description, I have no mental
picture of it, I think I saw it on the diagram in the link...

Cooltoy, I have no ways but my own, and ones I borrow :)
