Something locking up

Hey guys. Im new here and Ive spent quite a while searching the forum to try and solve my problem but have had no luck so here goes.

I just bought an 80cc engine to put on a Schinn Bike, I assembled it last night and it went pretty smooth except for the fact that it doesn't run. So here are the symptoms

- the engine and wheel lock up after a few puffs of the engine when the clutch is let out

-so I tried walking it around, same thing, a few puffs, lock

-I took off both the spark plug and carburator and still a few puffs lock.

-if I walk really slow like 1/4 mph it doesn't lock up.

Hopefully that is enough for someone to get a good idea of the problem and thank you in advance for your help.
