I think that bottom cross-bar will be in the way

I was looking at an electra as well. they are nice looking bikes. there are lots more electras that look similar that dont have the cross bar that will interfere.

I like the bars on that Revil. Have you checked out the Straight 8? I'm in the works of motorizing mine now.
