Default Schwinn Alloy SS with Motor - Done

    Schwinn Alloy SS (men's Blue)

-Trek Interchanger rack and luggage trunk.
    -aluminum fenders and frame
    -Leather seat, classic Schwinn
    -license plate
    -custom front mount
-gas tank and rack freshly painted.
    -whitewall tires
-going to add light and taillight

Took my time putting it together (it is my 4th bike). Lock-Tighted most bolts tonight. Lots of vibration over 20 mph, it seems the more I tighten the less vibration.

    More pictures tomorrow.

    Default Schwinn Alloy

Please watch your whole bike carefully, as aluminum is subjuct to stress cracks, and the alloy will not rust, and make a mess on your paint that you will easily spot. In all these years, I have always recommended to avoid aluminum frams exactly because of that reason, Mike
