New occ chopper rider with questions

Hey guys this website has been an excellent reference for how and what to do installing these little motors, so far my install on my chopper has gone well but I am haveing some issued with chain tension and routing, it seems that my fabricated chain tensioner isnt up to the challenge, I was wondering if you guys could post some close pics of your chain route and tensioning for the schwinn stingrays, also whos successfully runnning the heavy 415 chain.

a search for "chopper tensioner" with "search for all terms" gave me this. there's some pics of a chopper install, i thought it was a pretty good workaround on the tensioner, azvinnie can tell you more about how it's holding up.
