Engine Trouble HELP!! The engine won't move when I let out the clutch

I just put this engine kit together and I got it started and rode it for about 15 minutes and then it died and locked the back tire. It will move when the clutch is engaged but won't budge otherwise ??????

did you put oil in the gas? it's a 2 stroke, just like a chainsaw you have to put oil in the gas.

Yes I did. And I took the head off and the piston is stuck inside the cyclinder body
